1- Shadow Diagram in case of double storey

2- Streetscpe is required for new double storey or if addition effect main elevation

3- Flood report and evacuation plan if the land within flood zone

4- Fire report if the land within fire zone

5- Photographic Record if demolition the existing dwelling it is required from some council

6- Heratage report required if the development within heritage zone or may be required for demolition

7- Trafic,  parking study and report if the development proposal is subject to a State Environmental Planning Policy and it should be prepared by  a qualified engineer
