Our Company has extensive experiance and interest in residential, from home renovation to designing new upmarket homes in Sydney but also in the Blue Mountains, Lithgow. Goulbourn, ACT

Our design projects are different style where the primary aim to instil the importance of light and space in residential dwellings. It recognises the importance of the home design being customised to the clients.

Our company provides quality designs and documentation for you to complete your project. Our services will  extend to include Construction and Supervision if required.

We will guide you through the design and approval process from initial concept design to the submission of the Development Application, Complying Certificate or Construction Certificate ready for approval.

We provide a complete building service including structural engineering, landscape design, land survey, stormwater plan and flood report all of which will be prepared by quaified persons.

• liaising with the local council in order to gain planning permission and building approvals as well as submitting any other documentation that the council may require
• obtain a brief from the client including the client’s budget, what the client wants from the building and so forth
• preparation of a design concept and a preliminary design
• preparation of working drawings and specifications for the builder
• creating artist’s impressions of a building or extension as required

Our service is flexible with hours available outside of normal business hours.
